Background
The breadth of this established partnership brings to the project a substantial
amount of expertise and direct experience of work of this kind.
A project steering
group comprising representation from all these partners will
have responsibility for steering the management team towards the implementation
and delivery of the project.
The Game Conservancy Trust has been nominated as Lead Partner. The Trust will
be responsible for the legal requirements of auditing, employment, health and
safety and insurance.
Fieldwork on the project started in February 2003 after the initial survey and
fundraising activities during the previous two and a half years.
